Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Experience Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of product offerings to respond to customer inquiries
- Provide ongoing support via the help desk platform, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and support the development of knowledge bases
Required Qualifications:
- Experience as a Rehab Clinician (SLP, OT, PT, COTA, or PTA)
- Highly analytical mindset with troubleshooting abilities in software
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to learn quickly
- Experience thriving in dynamic work settings that require adaptability
- Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance
