Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Experience Manager - RCM.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary owner of client relationships and facilitate high-level decision-making
- Manage performance and financial health for a portfolio of assigned accounts
- Continuously assess client experience and satisfaction, identifying opportunities for improvement
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of Revenue Cycle Management experience
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Strong knowledge of the RCM industry
- Proven track record of cultivating long-term relationships with clients and colleagues
