Job Summary

Driving client retention and satisfaction, the full-time remote Client Experience Manager will manage a defined book of business, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to maximize client value and expand relationships.

Key responsibilities
  • Proactively manage client relationships with tailored engagement strategies across account tiers
  • Identify and mitigate churn risks while driving net retention and revenue preservation outcomes
  • Surface qualified expansion opportunities and track revenue per client through insight-led engagement
Required qualifications
  • 3-5+ years in a client-facing role such as Client Success, Account Management, or Consulting
  • Proven track record managing a book of business in a B2B SaaS or technology consulting environment
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, ERP, or technology consulting environments is strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to lead value-based engagements and identify growth opportunities
