Job Summary

To enhance client satisfaction, the full-time remote Client Experience Manager - Quality Assurance will conduct internal audits, prepare reports, and identify opportunities for process improvements within the firm.

Key responsibilities:
  • Complete internal audits to ensure compliance with firm protocols and client expectations
  • Prepare and present reports on audit findings and areas for improvement
  • Assist in the coordination of audits and the development of training programs related to quality control
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in litigated insurance claims handling and qualitative auditing
  • Experience with insurance claims auditing from the insurance company perspective is preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of claims and litigation management processes
  • Familiarity with firm systems such as Aderant and ProLaw
