Job Summary
A company is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to support the onboarding of new clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain accurate client profiles across multiple systems
- Validate agreements and ensure timely collection of onboarding documents
- Guide clients through the onboarding process and troubleshoot any issues
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- One year of customer service experience required
- Data entry and/or call center experience preferred
- Experience with client relationship management or project management software preferred
- Proficient in using various software, including accounting and payroll tools
