Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to support the onboarding of new clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain accurate client profiles across multiple systems
  • Validate agreements and ensure timely collection of onboarding documents
  • Guide clients through the onboarding process and troubleshoot any issues
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • One year of customer service experience required
  • Data entry and/or call center experience preferred
  • Experience with client relationship management or project management software preferred
  • Proficient in using various software, including accounting and payroll tools
