Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Experience Operations Manager to support the execution and operational management of various media projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and operational workflows for measurement dashboards and audience creation projects
  • Support implementation and QA of tracking tags across media platforms and ensure campaign tagging accuracy
  • Maintain understanding of customer journey attribution models and support integration of media tracking data into reporting frameworks
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital media operations, marketing operations, or campaign management
  • Experience working with digital tagging and tracking frameworks
  • Familiarity with customer journey attribution concepts and multi-channel measurement
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to coordinate across media, analytics, and technology teams
