Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Experience Operations Manager to support the execution and operational management of various media projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and operational workflows for measurement dashboards and audience creation projects
- Support implementation and QA of tracking tags across media platforms and ensure campaign tagging accuracy
- Maintain understanding of customer journey attribution models and support integration of media tracking data into reporting frameworks
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in digital media operations, marketing operations, or campaign management
- Experience working with digital tagging and tracking frameworks
- Familiarity with customer journey attribution concepts and multi-channel measurement
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to coordinate across media, analytics, and technology teams
