Job Summary
To enhance client satisfaction, the full-time Client Experience Protection Junior Manager will manage operational and analytical tasks, analyze performance metrics, and develop quality strategies while working remotely from China or Almaty, KZ.
Key responsibilities
- Independently manage operational and analytical tasks from goal setting through execution and result control
- Analyze statistics and partner performance metrics to identify quality improvement opportunities
- Support and manage partners in Bitrix CRM, handling complex requests and contributing to process improvements
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Chinese and Russian (C1+) and English (B1+)
- Experience in negotiating and working with contractors and partners
- Confident in working with data in tables (Google Sheets, Excel)
- Advanced user of Google Workspace
