Job Summary

To enhance client satisfaction, the full-time Client Experience Protection Junior Manager will manage operational and analytical tasks, analyze performance metrics, and develop quality strategies while working remotely from China or Almaty, KZ.

Key responsibilities
  • Independently manage operational and analytical tasks from goal setting through execution and result control
  • Analyze statistics and partner performance metrics to identify quality improvement opportunities
  • Support and manage partners in Bitrix CRM, handling complex requests and contributing to process improvements
Required qualifications
  • Proficiency in Chinese and Russian (C1+) and English (B1+)
  • Experience in negotiating and working with contractors and partners
  • Confident in working with data in tables (Google Sheets, Excel)
  • Advanced user of Google Workspace
