Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of customer service experience required
- Solid understanding of the marketplace and the value of brokers, agents, and clients
- Demonstrated critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment
