Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of customer service experience required
  • Solid understanding of the marketplace and the value of brokers, agents, and clients
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and decision-making skills
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment
