Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Experience Representative to join their Client Experience Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support while maintaining Service Level Agreements for response time and case resolutions
- Create and deliver engaging customer training for product offerings to ensure successful deployment of testing programs
- Support the continuous improvement of knowledge resources and assist in revenue-generating activities, including customer outreach and order processing
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience using CRM systems or customer support tools is considered an asset
- Educational background in Business or Science is considered an asset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
