Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Experience Representative to join their Client Experience Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer support while maintaining Service Level Agreements for response time and case resolutions
  • Create and deliver engaging customer training for product offerings to ensure successful deployment of testing programs
  • Support the continuous improvement of knowledge resources and assist in revenue-generating activities, including customer outreach and order processing


Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience using CRM systems or customer support tools is considered an asset
  • Educational background in Business or Science is considered an asset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
