Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Experience Specialist to enhance client onboarding and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard and train new clients on Carefeed's solutions for effective use
- Provide ongoing support as the primary contact for assigned client communities
- Create and customize client communications, including templates and calendars
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- 3+ years of experience in a client success, customer service, or technical support role
- Familiarity with the healthcare industry and SaaS solutions
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs, and Adobe
- Experience with DocuSign and Canva is a plus
