Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Experience Specialist to enhance client onboarding and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboard and train new clients on Carefeed's solutions for effective use
  • Provide ongoing support as the primary contact for assigned client communities
  • Create and customize client communications, including templates and calendars
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
  • 3+ years of experience in a client success, customer service, or technical support role
  • Familiarity with the healthcare industry and SaaS solutions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs, and Adobe
  • Experience with DocuSign and Canva is a plus
