Job Summary

Client Experience Specialist is a full-time remote position responsible for managing non-licensed aspects of real estate transactions, ensuring a seamless experience for agents and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage administrative tasks for real estate transactions, including tracking contractual dates and deadlines
  • Collaborate with agents and third parties to ensure compliance and proper documentation throughout the transaction process
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all stakeholders during the transaction, providing updates and resolving discrepancies
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, mortgage, title administration, or transaction coordination
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Proficient in navigating multiple software systems related to transaction management
  • Strong analytical skills for managing financial details and ensuring transaction accuracy
