A company is looking for a Client Experience Specialist - US Based Remote.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform non licensed administrative tasks for real estate agents
  • Organize transaction details and provide continuous updates to all parties involved
  • Coordinate scheduling of home inspections, appraisals, and closings

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years Real Estate/mortgage/title administration/transaction coordination experience
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Technical proficiency in navigating multiple software systems
  • Ability to adapt to changes and manage competing demands
  • Experience in prioritizing and managing tasks effectively
