A company is looking for a Client Experience Specialist - US Based Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform non licensed administrative tasks for real estate agents
- Organize transaction details and provide continuous updates to all parties involved
- Coordinate scheduling of home inspections, appraisals, and closings
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years Real Estate/mortgage/title administration/transaction coordination experience
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Technical proficiency in navigating multiple software systems
- Ability to adapt to changes and manage competing demands
- Experience in prioritizing and managing tasks effectively
