Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Experience Specialist to manage non-licensed aspects of real estate transactions remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform non-licensed administrative tasks for real estate agents, managing contractual dates and ensuring timely transaction closures
  • Collaborate with agents and third parties to ensure compliance and proper documentation for transactions
  • Serve as the point-of-contact for all deal stakeholders, coordinating scheduling and communication throughout the transaction process
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, mortgage, title administration, or transaction coordination
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple software systems
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in customer service with a focus on anticipating client needs
