Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Experience Specialist who will manage non-licensed aspects of real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform non-licensed administrative tasks for real estate agents, managing contractual dates and deadlines
  • Collaborate with agents and third parties to ensure proper documentation for compliance
  • Serve as the point-of-contact for all deal stakeholders and coordinate transaction details
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, mortgage, title administration, or transaction coordination
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Technical proficiency in navigating multiple software systems
  • Experience in the New England market is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and manage competing demands
