Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Experience Specialist who will manage non-licensed aspects of real estate transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform non-licensed administrative tasks for real estate agents, managing contractual dates and deadlines
- Collaborate with agents and third parties to ensure proper documentation for compliance
- Serve as the point-of-contact for all deal stakeholders and coordinate transaction details
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, mortgage, title administration, or transaction coordination
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Technical proficiency in navigating multiple software systems
- Experience in the New England market is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and manage competing demands
