Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Experience Specialist, Eastern time US Based Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage non-licensed administrative tasks for real estate transactions, ensuring timely and accurate closure
- Collaborate with agents and third parties to ensure compliance and proper documentation throughout the transaction
- Act as the main point-of-contact for all parties involved, coordinating necessary scheduling and updates
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, mortgage, title, or transaction coordination/processing
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in navigating multiple software systems
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience in providing exceptional customer service throughout the transaction process
