Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Experience Specialist, Eastern time US Based Remote.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage non-licensed administrative tasks for real estate transactions, ensuring timely and accurate closure
  • Collaborate with agents and third parties to ensure compliance and proper documentation throughout the transaction
  • Act as the main point-of-contact for all parties involved, coordinating necessary scheduling and updates


Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, mortgage, title, or transaction coordination/processing
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in navigating multiple software systems
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in providing exceptional customer service throughout the transaction process
