Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Experience Specialist who will manage non-licensed aspects of real estate transactions remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform non-licensed administrative tasks for real estate agents, managing contractual dates and deadlines
- Collaborate with agents and third parties to ensure compliance and proper documentation for transactions
- Coordinate scheduling of home inspections, appraisals, and closings while maintaining communication with all parties involved
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, mortgage, title, or transaction coordination
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Technical proficiency in navigating multiple software systems
- Ability to adapt to changes and manage competing demands effectively
- Experience in building collaborative relationships with agents and colleagues
