Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Experience Specialist to manage non-licensed aspects of real estate transactions remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform non-licensed administrative tasks and manage contractual dates and deadlines for real estate transactions
  • Collaborate with agents and third parties to ensure compliance and proper documentation in transaction files
  • Provide continuous updates and serve as the point-of-contact for all stakeholders throughout the transaction process


Required Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in navigating multiple software systems related to transaction management
