Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Perform non-licensed administrative tasks and manage contractual dates to ensure timely transaction closure
- Collaborate with agents and third parties to ensure compliance and proper documentation throughout the transaction
- Serve as the point-of-contact for all stakeholders and manage communication during the closing process
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, mortgage, title administration, or transaction coordination

- Proficient in navigating multiple software systems related to transaction management
- Strong analytical skills for managing financial details and ensuring compliance
