Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Experience Specialist, Eastern time US Based Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage non-licensed administrative tasks for real estate transactions, ensuring timely and accurate closings
- Collaborate with agents and third parties to ensure compliance and proper documentation throughout the transaction process
- Act as the primary point-of-contact for all stakeholders, providing updates and managing communication during the transaction
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, mortgage, title administration, or transaction coordination
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Proficiency in navigating multiple software systems related to transaction management and financial tools
- Strong analytical skills for managing financial details and ensuring compliance
- Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships with agents and colleagues
