Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Experience Specialist to join their remote support team.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide clients through the platform and maintain accurate records in Salesforce
- Advocate for clients by providing feedback to internal teams and solving problems efficiently
- Embrace new technology and participate in onboarding and team discussions to improve service
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in Customer Support, preferably in a Call Center environment
- 2+ years of experience with CRM systems, with a preference for Salesforce
- Experience in SaaS, particularly within legal services, is a plus
- 1+ years in legal/litigation support preferred
- High school diploma required; advanced studies or equivalent work experience valued
