Job Summary
Providing exceptional support to clients, the full-time Client Experience Specialist will manage order placements, respond to inquiries, and assist with quotes while ensuring timely communication and administrative support in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to client requests and place orders according to company guidelines to meet service level agreements
- Provide timely quotes for customers on products and assist with open order tracking and reporting
- Initiate the returned merchandise process and educate clients on RMA procedures
Required qualifications
- Experience in customer service or administrative support roles
- Familiarity with order management systems and reporting tools
- Understanding of shipment cutoff times for distribution partners
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and clients
- Proficiency in handling multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively
