Job Summary

Providing exceptional support to clients, the full-time Client Experience Specialist will manage order placements, respond to inquiries, and assist with quotes while ensuring timely communication and administrative support in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to client requests and place orders according to company guidelines to meet service level agreements
  • Provide timely quotes for customers on products and assist with open order tracking and reporting
  • Initiate the returned merchandise process and educate clients on RMA procedures
Required qualifications
  • Experience in customer service or administrative support roles
  • Familiarity with order management systems and reporting tools
  • Understanding of shipment cutoff times for distribution partners
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and clients
  • Proficiency in handling multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively
