Job Summary

Providing administrative support for complex client orders, the full-time Client Experience Specialist will manage data entry, respond to client inquiries, and ensure compliance with company procedures while working in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle administrative tasks related to client orders, including data entry and order tracking
  • Provide timely quotes and proactive communication to clients regarding order status and delivery information
  • Assist with the returns process and escalate requests as needed to ensure client satisfaction
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 4 years of relevant experience in sales support or client operations
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Working knowledge of data entry into a CRM or ERP system
  • Familiarity with the sales cycle and purchasing processes from an Inside Sales perspective
