Job Summary
Supporting a seamless real estate transaction process, the full-time remote Client Experience Specialist will manage non-licensed administrative tasks, coordinate documentation, and ensure timely communication among agents, clients, and third parties while operating primarily in the Eastern Time Zone.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform non-licensed administrative tasks, managing contractual dates and ensuring timely transaction closure
- Collaborate with agents and third parties to ensure compliance and proper documentation throughout the transaction
- Serve as the main point of contact for all stakeholders, providing updates and managing communication during the closing process
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, mortgage, title administration, or transaction coordination
- Experience with conveyancing
- Ability to navigate multiple software systems and transaction management tools
- Strong analytical skills to manage financial details accurately
- Self-motivated with a people-first approach to customer service
