Job Summary

Engaging directly with consumers, the full-time Client Experience Specialist will perform a high volume of outbound calls, meet performance metrics, and facilitate connections between users and financial advisors in a remote setting with a fixed schedule of Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm EDT.

Key responsibilities:
  • Perform over 200 outbound calls daily to engage consumers and schedule advisor consultations
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics, focusing on both qualitative and quantitative goals
  • Log user interactions and escalate recurring pain points to enhance the overall user experience
Required qualifications:
  • 1+ years of high-volume call center experience
  • Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment focused on quota attainment
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to user and business needs
  • Organized and detail-oriented with excellent time-management skills
  • Availability to work some holidays or weekends during peak seasons
