Job Summary
Managing all non-licensed aspects of real estate transactions, the full-time Client Experience Specialist will work remotely to ensure timely and accurate processing from contract to close while supporting agents and clients in the Eastern time zone.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform non-licensed administrative tasks and manage contractual dates to ensure efficient transaction closures
- Collaborate with agents and third parties to ensure compliance and proper documentation throughout the transaction process
- Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, providing updates and managing communication during the closing process
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, mortgage, title administration, or transaction coordination
- Proficiency in navigating multiple software systems related to transaction management and financial tools
- Strong analytical skills to manage financial details, including expenses and commission calculations
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Demonstrated experience in building collaborative relationships with agents and colleagues
