Job Summary
To create a seamless experience for agents and clients, the full-time remote Client Experience Specialist will manage non-licensed aspects of real estate transactions, ensuring timely and accurate processing from contract to close while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform non-licensed administrative tasks, managing contractual dates and ensuring timely transaction closures
- Collaborate with agents and third parties to ensure compliance and proper documentation throughout the transaction process
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates and managing communication during the closing process
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, mortgage, title administration, or transaction coordination
- Proficiency in navigating multiple software systems related to transaction management and financial tools
- Strong analytical skills to manage financial details, including expenses and commission calculations
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a sense of urgency
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with agents and colleagues
