Job Summary

Supporting a collaborative team, the full-time Client Experience Specialist will manage non-licensed aspects of real estate transactions remotely, ensuring seamless communication and timely processing from contract to close for clients and agents primarily in the Central Time Zone.

Key responsibilities:
  • Perform non-licensed administrative tasks and manage contractual dates to ensure timely transaction closures
  • Collaborate with agents and third parties to ensure compliance and proper documentation throughout the transaction process
  • Act as the point-of-contact for all stakeholders, providing updates and managing communication during the closing process
Required qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, mortgage, title administration, or transaction coordination
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple software systems related to transaction management and financial tools
  • Strong analytical skills for managing financial details, including expenses and commission calculations
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Demonstrated experience in building collaborative relationships with agents and colleagues
