Job Summary

Managing non-licensed aspects of real estate transactions, the full-time Client Experience Specialist will work remotely in the Eastern Time zone to ensure timely and efficient processing from contract to close while providing exceptional service to agents and clients.

Key responsibilities:
  • Perform non-licensed administrative tasks and manage contractual dates and deadlines for real estate transactions
  • Collaborate with agents and third parties to ensure compliance and proper documentation throughout the transaction process
  • Serve as the point-of-contact for all deal stakeholders, providing updates and managing communication until closing
Required qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, mortgage, title administration, or transaction coordination
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple software systems related to transaction management and financial tools
  • Strong analytical skills to ensure accuracy in financial details, including expenses and commission calculations
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Demonstrated experience in building collaborative relationships with agents and colleagues
