Job Summary
Managing all non-licensed aspects of real estate transactions, the full-time remote Client Experience Specialist will ensure timely and accurate processing from contract to close while collaborating with agents and clients across various markets in the Central Time Zone.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform non-licensed administrative tasks and manage contractual dates and deadlines for real estate transactions
- Collaborate with agents and third parties to ensure compliance and proper documentation throughout the transaction process
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, providing updates and managing communication until closing
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, mortgage, title administration, or transaction coordination
- Strong technical proficiency with multiple software systems related to transaction management
- Ability to analyze financial details accurately, including expenses and commission calculations
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated experience in building collaborative relationships with agents and clients
