Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Client Experience Specialist will manage non-licensed aspects of real estate transactions, ensuring a seamless experience for agents and clients while coordinating documentation and deadlines primarily in the Central Time Zone.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform non-licensed administrative tasks, managing contractual dates and ensuring timely transaction closures
- Collaborate with agents and third parties to ensure compliance and proper documentation throughout the transaction process
- Serve as the main point of contact for all stakeholders, providing updates and managing communication during the closing process
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, mortgage, title administration, or transaction coordination
- Proficiency in navigating multiple software systems related to transaction management and financial tools
- Strong analytical skills for accurate management of financial details, including expenses and commission calculations
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a sense of urgency
- Demonstrated experience in building collaborative relationships with agents and colleagues
