Job Summary
Working remotely in the Eastern time zone, the Client Experience Specialist will manage non-licensed administrative tasks for real estate transactions, ensuring a seamless experience for agents and clients while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Perform non-licensed administrative tasks and manage contractual dates to ensure timely and accurate transaction closures
- Collaborate with agents and third parties to ensure compliance and proper documentation throughout the transaction process
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, providing updates and managing communication during the transaction
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, mortgage, title administration, or transaction coordination
- Proficiency in navigating multiple software systems relevant to transaction management
- Strong analytical skills for managing financial details and ensuring transaction accuracy
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Demonstrated experience in building collaborative relationships with agents and clients
