Job Summary

To support a growing real estate practice, the full-time Client Experience Specialist will manage non-licensed transaction processes from contract to close, ensuring seamless communication and compliance while working remotely primarily in the Central Time Zone.

Key responsibilities:
  • Perform non-licensed administrative tasks for real estate transactions, managing deadlines and documentation to ensure timely closings
  • Collaborate with agents and third parties to maintain compliance and organize transaction details in relevant systems
  • Act as the main point of contact for all parties involved in the transaction, providing updates and resolving discrepancies
Required qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, mortgage, title administration, or transaction coordination
  • Proven ability to navigate multiple software systems with a high level of competency
  • Strong analytical skills for managing financial details and ensuring transaction accuracy
  • Demonstrated self-motivation and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in managing end-to-end workflows and prioritizing tasks effectively
