Job Summary
Supporting real estate transactions in a remote capacity, the Client Experience Specialist will manage non-licensed administrative tasks, ensuring timely and accurate processing from contract to close while collaborating with agents and clients primarily in the Eastern Time Zone.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform non-licensed administrative tasks and manage contractual dates and deadlines for real estate transactions
- Collaborate with agents and third parties to ensure compliance and proper documentation throughout the transaction process
- Serve as the primary point-of-contact for all stakeholders, providing updates and managing communication through closing
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, mortgage, title administration, or transaction coordination
- Ability to navigate multiple software systems and manage transaction-related financial details
- Demonstrated self-motivation and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills for transaction accuracy and problem-solving
- Proven ability to build collaborative relationships with agents and colleagues
