Job Summary

Managing all non-licensed aspects of real estate transactions, the full-time Client Experience Specialist will work remotely to ensure seamless processes from contract to close, collaborating with agents and clients while handling documentation and transaction details.

Key responsibilities:
  • Perform non-licensed administrative tasks for real estate transactions, managing deadlines and ensuring timely closures
  • Collaborate with agents and third parties to gather and verify required documentation for compliance
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders during the transaction process, providing updates and resolving discrepancies
Required qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, mortgage, title administration, or transaction coordination
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple software systems related to transaction management
  • Strong analytical skills for managing financial details and ensuring transaction accuracy
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, paperless environment
  • Willingness to collaborate and maintain positive relationships with agents and clients
