Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Client Experience Specialist will address and resolve client inquiries, educate clients on the One Legal platform, and advocate for their needs while maintaining accurate records in Salesforce.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead clients through the One Legal platform to complete tasks and ensure high-quality client experiences
  • Collaborate with management to meet corporate goals and understand key performance indicators
  • Embrace new technology and assist in onboarding new team members to improve service efficiency
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years in Customer Support, preferably with Call Center experience
  • 2+ years of experience working with CRM systems, with a preference for Salesforce
  • Experience in SaaS, particularly in legal services, is a plus
  • 1+ years in legal/litigation support preferred
  • High school diploma required; advanced studies or equivalent work experience valued
