Job Summary
Working remotely in Arizona time, the full-time Client Experience Specialist will manage non-licensed real estate transaction tasks from contract to close, ensuring a seamless experience for agents and clients while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform non-licensed administrative tasks and manage contractual dates to ensure timely transaction closures
- Collaborate with agents and third parties to ensure compliance and proper documentation throughout the transaction process
- Serve as the point-of-contact for all deal stakeholders, providing updates and managing communication effectively
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, mortgage, title administration, or transaction coordination
- Proven ability to navigate multiple software systems with a focus on transaction management
- Strong analytical skills to manage financial details, including expenses and commission calculations
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated capability in building collaborative relationships with agents and colleagues
