Job Summary

Working remotely in Arizona time, the full-time Client Experience Specialist will manage non-licensed real estate transaction tasks from contract to close, ensuring a seamless experience for agents and clients while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:
  • Perform non-licensed administrative tasks and manage contractual dates to ensure timely transaction closures
  • Collaborate with agents and third parties to ensure compliance and proper documentation throughout the transaction process
  • Serve as the point-of-contact for all deal stakeholders, providing updates and managing communication effectively
Required qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, mortgage, title administration, or transaction coordination
  • Proven ability to navigate multiple software systems with a focus on transaction management
  • Strong analytical skills to manage financial details, including expenses and commission calculations
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated capability in building collaborative relationships with agents and colleagues
