Job Summary

Managing all non-licensed aspects of real estate transactions, the full-time Client Experience Specialist will work remotely to ensure seamless communication and efficient processing from contract to close for agents and clients, primarily in Massachusetts.

Key responsibilities:
  • Perform non-licensed administrative tasks, managing contractual dates and ensuring timely and accurate transaction closures
  • Collaborate with agents and third parties to ensure compliance and proper documentation throughout the transaction process
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, providing updates and managing communication during the closing process
Required qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, mortgage, title administration, or transaction coordination
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple software systems related to transaction management and financial tools
  • Strong analytical skills for managing financial details such as expenses and commission calculations
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Demonstrated capability to build collaborative relationships with agents and colleagues
