Job Summary

Managing all non-licensed aspects of real estate transactions, the full-time Client Experience Specialist will ensure timely and accurate processing from contract to close while working remotely in the Eastern time zone.

Key responsibilities:
  • Perform non-licensed administrative tasks for real estate agents, managing contractual dates and deadlines
  • Collaborate with agents and third parties to ensure compliance and proper documentation throughout the transaction
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders during the transaction process, providing updates and resolving discrepancies
Required qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, mortgage, title administration, or transaction coordination
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple software systems related to transaction management and financial tools
  • Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end workflows and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical skills to ensure accuracy in financial details such as expenses and commission calculations
  • Self-motivated with a people-first approach to customer service
