Job Summary

As part of the Client Experience team, the full-time Client Experience Specialist will engage with clients remotely to assess their situations, provide guidance on obtaining disability benefits or insurance compensation, and navigate complex topics while delivering compassionate support.

Key responsibilities
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and determine how to assist them effectively
  • Master internal tech platforms and tools to streamline client interactions and support
  • Drive meaningful conversations that provide clients with the guidance they need during challenging times
Required qualifications
  • At least three years of professional experience in customer-facing roles such as customer experience, sales, or support
  • A strong ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds while managing sensitive topics
  • Proficiency in quickly learning and mastering complex information and tools
