Job Summary

To support the onboarding of new clients, the remote Client Experience Specialist will guide them through the implementation process, provide training, and ensure a smooth transition to Carefeed's platform while focusing on client satisfaction and long-term engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead new clients through the full implementation and onboarding process, including platform setup and hands-on training
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client communities, providing high-level support during onboarding
  • Track client trends and collaborate with the Client Experience team to refine onboarding processes and improve client engagement
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
  • 3+ years of experience in a client success, customer service, or technical support role
  • Familiarity with the healthcare industry and experience with SaaS solutions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs, and Adobe; experience with DocuSign is a plus
  • Strong facilitation skills for leading virtual training sessions
