Job Summary
Supporting various markets primarily in Pennsylvania, the full-time Client Experience Specialist will manage non-licensed administrative tasks throughout the real estate transaction process, ensuring timely and accurate closings while working remotely in the Eastern Time Zone.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform non-licensed administrative tasks for real estate transactions, managing contractual dates and deadlines
- Collaborate with agents and third parties to ensure compliance and proper documentation for transactions
- Organize transaction details and serve as the point-of-contact for all stakeholders throughout the closing process
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, mortgage, title administration, or transaction coordination
- Proven ability to navigate multiple software systems effectively
- Strong analytical skills for managing financial details and ensuring transaction accuracy
- Experience in managing end-to-end workflows and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a people-first approach to customer service
