Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Experience Supervisor to lead a team of Client Experience Specialists in managing the transaction process for real estate agents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train Client Experience Specialists, managing their workflows and performance
  • Act as the first point of escalation for questions and issues, collaborating with agents and branch leadership
  • Continuously evaluate and improve procedures based on customer feedback and team performance
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of business experience; 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred
  • Prior experience in real estate and customer service strongly preferred
  • Ability to work remotely in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple software systems
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with different departments and leaders
