Job Summary
Leading a team of remote Client Experience Specialists, the full-time Client Experience Supervisor will manage the transaction process from contract to close, serve as the first point of escalation for questions and issues, and collaborate with various departments to enhance client services.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise and train Client Experience Specialists, managing team performance and workflow
- Act as the primary escalation point for client and agent inquiries, ensuring timely resolution of issues
- Continuously evaluate and improve operational procedures based on customer feedback
Required qualifications:
- 3-5 years of business experience with 1-2 years in a supervisory role preferred
- Prior experience in real estate and customer service strongly preferred
- Conveyancing experience is highly desirable
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Demonstrated history of collaboration with various departments and leadership
