Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Facilitator I to provide support in disability claims management.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between the LTD carrier and the company, maintaining communication on SSDI claims
- Provide technical expertise regarding SSDI claims and maintain knowledge of SSA programs
- Review and track claims status, perform data entry, and assist with customer service issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred; High School diploma or GED required
- Experience in disability claims with relevant organizations required
- Knowledge of SSDI and SSA programs and procedures
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
- Experience in data entry and claims management systems preferred
