Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Facilitator I to provide support in disability claims management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between the LTD carrier and the company, maintaining communication on SSDI claims
  • Provide technical expertise regarding SSDI claims and maintain knowledge of SSA programs
  • Review and track claims status, perform data entry, and assist with customer service issues
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; High School diploma or GED required
  • Experience in disability claims with relevant organizations required
  • Knowledge of SSDI and SSA programs and procedures
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
  • Experience in data entry and claims management systems preferred
