Client Finance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Finance Analyst to manage the financial health of client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the billing cycle, ensuring accurate and timely billing for client projects
• Oversee accounts receivable, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding invoices and resolving billing discrepancies
• Provide financial support and reporting to client account teams, including revenue recognition and financial health reporting

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related financial and/or accounting experience, preferably in advertising or marketing services
• Experience in media billing (digital and/or traditional) is strongly preferred
• Basic finance/accounting knowledge, including balance sheets and P&L
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and large data set reporting
• Proficiency in financial software and tools (NetSuite, Workfront, Salesforce, MS Office)
