Client Finance Analyst

Job Summary

Assisting in the overall financial management of client portfolios, the fully remote Client Finance Analyst I will manage project accounting efforts, prepare client invoicing, and support month-end close activities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with monthly project accounting, including taking notes in status meetings and updating financial trackers
• Prepare client invoicing based on contracts and follow up on past due invoices
• Support the preparation of monthly client accruals and track project costs against contracted amounts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a concentration in accounting, finance, or business
• 0-2 years of relevant accounting or finance experience
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with month-end close processes
• Client services or client-facing experience preferred
