Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Finance Associate responsible for managing billing and collections operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create invoices and format data files in collaboration with Client Services teams
- Coordinate revenue and accrual accounts with the Director of Client Finance
- Examine accounting records for accuracy and assist with month-end and year-end financial reports
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred
- 5+ years of experience in accounting, billing, collections, or finance-related fields
- Experience with data entry, accounting, billing, and collections
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Oracle NetSuite and Salesforce software is a plus
