Client Finance Associate Manager

Job Summary

Managing the overall financial portfolio for clients, the full-time remote Associate Manager, Client Finance will supervise project accounting, review contracts, and ensure compliance with client contracts while mentoring junior staff and facilitating month-end close activities.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise monthly project accounting efforts and lead status meetings with project managers
• Review and reconcile contracts, ensuring accuracy in project setup and compliance with budgets
• Manage client invoicing processes, including addressing past due invoices and unbilled revenue aging

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business
• 4+ years of relevant accounting/finance experience, including 1-2 years in a supervisory role
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with month-end close processes
• Knowledge of revenue recognition and project accounting
