Job Summary
To support the finance team, the full-time Client Finance Coordinator will manage client revenue processes, including revenue recognition, invoicing, and account reconciliation, while working fully remotely from Spain.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of client revenue management, including forecasting and variance analysis
- Review sales orders for accuracy and ensure alignment with client contracts
- Generate and send client invoices accurately and on schedule
Required Qualifications
- SAIPA or ACCA, or equivalent accounting qualification
- 4+ years of experience in revenue recognition and accounts receivable
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, preferably NetSuite
- Experience working within an advertising or marketing agency
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle confidential financial information
