Client Finance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Finance Manager (GOS).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead annual planning, forecasting, and long-range financial modeling for client accounts
• Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, reforecasting, and investment decisions
• Design and deliver comprehensive financial reporting packages and dashboards for stakeholders

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• College degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
• Five to seven years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or related roles
• Experience supporting multiple stakeholders or business units preferred
• Familiarity with Yardi or other real estate accounting software preferred
• Strong proficiency in Excel, BI Analytics, and other MS Office tools
